Chef Javi

Chef Javi

Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Chef Javi has been passionate about cooking since childhood, inspired by the food, culture, and traditions of the Mediterranean.

After many years working aboard luxury yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Pacific, he has cooked for guests from around the world, developing a versatile style that combines exceptional technique, fresh ingredients, and influences from the places he has explored. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant cuisines of Spain, Greece, and other coastal regions, his menus celebrate generous flavours, seasonal produce, and relaxed yet memorable dining experiences.

For Javi, food is about more than just cooking - it's about bringing people together. Whether it's a casual meal shared with family and friends or a special dining experience, he believes the best moments happen around the table.

Outside the kitchen, Javi is passionate about surfing, travel, and adventure, often finding inspiration in the ocean and the outdoors. He is also happy to accommodate dietary requirements and special requests wherever possible.
