Chef Yudai

Born and raised in the culturally rich city of Kyoto, Japan, Chef Yudai honed his craft at one of Kyoto’s top culinary schools.

Specializing in French and traditional Japanese cuisine, he spent six years as a chef at the prestigious Four Seasons Kyoto before bringing his talents to Te Whaanga Retreat & Spa.

Fluent in English, Chef Yudai is dedicated to accommodating your requests and dietary needs with skill and care.
